The platform combines deterministic lease calculations with AI-assisted Austrian market search and a RAG-powered leasing assistant. Sensitive AI provider credentials remain isolated on the FastAPI backend, while the Next.js frontend delivers a focused, progressive advisory experience.

The Product: A single-page leasing advisor built for automotive finance workflows. The application helps users explore leasing options, estimate monthly payments, understand EV-related benefits, prepare document checklists, and move toward the right follow-up action without navigating through separate calculators, forms, and support pages.
What it Does: It adapts the leasing flow to the user's intent: finding the best option, estimating a monthly payment, understanding EV benefits, preparing documents, or requesting advisor routing. Depending on the selected path, the interface reveals relevant blocks for customer type, vehicle search, budget alignment, EV guidance, document assistance, and recommended next actions.
How it Works: Built on a modern full-stack architecture (Next.js/React + Python/FastAPI), the system separates browser UI from backend-only business logic and AI integrations. The frontend owns the progressive block stack, offer summary, local interaction state, and typed API calls. The backend exposes deterministic endpoints for lease calculation, document checklist rules, vehicle search normalization, recommended actions, and assistant context.
The Advantage: The platform combines reliable rule-based leasing logic with AI capabilities that degrade gracefully. AI provider adapters support OpenAI, Gemini, OpenRouter, and Vertex AI, while the Green Leasing Assistant integration adds RAG-backed chat, EV advisor responses, and document-assistant guidance. If an external provider is unavailable, deterministic local fallbacks keep the customer journey usable and consistent.

Instead of showing a long static form, the interface derives visible blocks from the user's answers. A customer can start with a best-option journey, a payment estimate, EV benefit exploration, document preparation, or advisor routing, and the system reveals only the sections required for that scenario.
Flow derivation is deterministic and state-aware: changing an earlier answer intentionally rebuilds downstream state so the offer summary, progress rail, budget calculator, document checklist, EV advisor, and assistant context remain aligned. This approach reduces cognitive load for the user while giving leasing teams a structured way to capture intent, customer type, vehicle data, and next actions.
Financial Estimate Engine
At the core of the platform is a deterministic lease calculation engine exposed through the FastAPI backend. It processes vehicle price, upfront payment, contract term, annual mileage, residual value assumptions, arrangement fee, financed amount, monthly payment, and total payable. The same calculation model powers both selected vehicles and user-entered target leasing amounts.
The frontend presents these calculations through compact financial controls designed for advisory sessions. Users can adjust upfront payment, term, mileage, and vehicle amount while immediately seeing an indicative monthly payment and a transparent breakdown of key assumptions. Clear validation notes explain that final pricing depends on underwriting, tariff sheets, insurance, KYC, local fees, and asset verification.
